12th Night Fundraiser
Benefitting The Utah Renaissance Faire and The Utah Valley Fine Arts Council (501c3)
Did you know the history of the 12 Days of Christmas is 1,455 years old? It began in the year 567!
Early Christianity proclaimed it took 12 days for the three Wise Men to arrive at Bethlehem. On January 6th, the 12th day, they arrived to see the Christ Child and that became the holy day of Epiphany.
Medieval tradition says that Twelfth Night does not actually start until nightfall on January 5th, and that night was celebrated with grand balls, merry-making, and village parties!
Come celebrate Twelfth Night 2023, on January 5th, with The Utah Renaissance Faire and Utah Valley Fine Arts Council!
